Long enough to actually know
Red light therapy is a habit, and the research measures results over weeks. So we give you 60 days from delivery to decide — used or not.
How it works
1. Email support@louvanne.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We'll send a return authorization and instructions within one business day.
3. Pack the device with all included accessories — mask, remote, and charging cable — in the original packaging where possible.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The details
Returns are accepted whether or not you've used the device — that's the whole point of the trial.
All components must be included. Missing accessories may reduce the refund by the replacement cost of the missing item.
Devices damaged through misuse, beyond normal wear, may not qualify for a full refund.
Refunds cover the purchase price. Original shipping was free, so there's nothing to deduct.
Faulty device?
If your device develops a fault, that's not a return — it's covered by the 1-year warranty. We'll repair or replace it and cover the return shipping.
