1-year warranty
Every Louvanne device is covered against manufacturing defects for a full year from the date of delivery. If something goes wrong that isn't your fault, we'll make it right.
What's covered
For one year from delivery, we cover defects in materials and workmanship — lasers and LEDs that fail, battery or charging faults, unresponsive controls, and silicone or strap defects.
If a covered fault appears, we'll repair the device, replace the faulty part, or replace the whole device — whichever makes it right — at no cost to you.
What's not covered
Damage from drops, misuse, unauthorized repair, or cleaning with alcohol or abrasives.
Normal cosmetic wear that doesn't affect how the device works.
Loss or theft, and any device not purchased from Louvanne or an authorized retailer.
How to make a claim
Email support@louvanne.com with your order number and a short description (a photo or short video of the issue helps). We'll respond within one business day with next steps. If the device needs to come back to us, we'll cover the return shipping for warranty claims.
This warranty and your rights
This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
