Every Louvanne order ships free within the United States — no minimums, no codes. Here's exactly what to expect.
Timing
Processing: orders placed before 2pm ET ship within 1–2 business days.
Delivery: 3–7 business days once your order ships, depending on destination.
Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is on the way — if you'd like Louvanne delivered elsewhere, email support@louvanne.com and we'll let you know when your region opens.
Damaged or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email support@louvanne.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll replace it or make it right — you'll never be left to fight a carrier on your own.
